A Hammarby Sjöstad flat where every new appliance tripped the mains. We replaced the junction box with a new distribution board, residual-current protection on every circuit, and a labelled chart in the door.

Prices
What it costs, before we come
All prices include 25 % VAT. Fixed prices include standard materials. Tax deductions for labour (ROT) and green technology are taken off the invoice when you are eligible.

Authorised electrical contractor
Registered with Elsäkerhetsverket, the Swedish National Electrical Safety Board, with full authorisation. Every installation is checked under our self-inspection programme.
Säker Vatten certified
Plumbing to the industry rules for safe water installations, documented and signed off for your insurer.
GVK wet-room authorisation
Waterproofing to GVK rules, with the quality document your housing association and insurer ask for.
Certified heat pump installer
Personal certification for refrigerant handling (F-gas) and heat pump installation.
Certified solar installer
Panels, inverters and batteries installed and connected to the grid by a certified electrician.
Fully insured
