About our fees

What is not included in a fixed fee?
Court fees, valuation reports, and a barrister if one is ever needed. We tell you about each one in writing before it is incurred.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Packages over £1,000 can be paid in three monthly instalments at no extra cost.
What if my case becomes contested?
We stop, explain why, and give you a new written quote. You decide whether to go on: there is never a surprise invoice.
Do you offer legal aid?
We do not hold a legal aid contract, but we will tell you if you may qualify and refer you to a firm that does.
