We write to you
Within one working day we e-mail you to confirm the letters, up to three, and their order. Nothing is stamped before your reply.
Pressed at the bench
The letters are set in brass type, heated and pressed by hand, one piece at a time.
On its way
Initialled pieces leave Florence within five working days of your confirmation.
Good to know
A piece made with your initials is personalised for you, so it cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Our free repairs for life still apply.
