Q: How do I return a piece?

Write to us at bottega@bottega-sella.example with your order number. We send you a prepaid DHL label and refund you within five days of receiving the piece.

Every parcel leaves the workshop wrapped in a cotton dust bag, tracked, insured and signed for on delivery.

Thirty days to decide

If a piece is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused, and we refund it in full, return label included.

How do I return a piece?

Write to us at bottega@bottega-sella.example with your order number. We send you a prepaid DHL label and refund you within five days of receiving the piece.

Can I exchange a colour or a belt size?

Yes, free of charge within 30 days: we send the new piece as soon as the first one is on its way back.

What about pieces with initials?

A piece stamped with your initials is made for you and cannot be returned, unless it is faulty. It is still covered by our free repairs for life.

My parcel arrived damaged.

Keep the packaging, take a photo and write to us within 48 hours: every parcel is insured, and we send a replacement or refund you straight away.
