Every Thursday evening and every Saturday, Léa, our regional latte art champion, welcomes six people behind the counter. On the menu: one machine for two, plenty of milk, and a few fits of laughter.
It all starts with the milk
A beautiful pattern needs fine, glossy foam with no large bubbles. Léa always starts there: heating the milk to 60 °C, no more, while creating a whirlpool in the jug.
Three patterns, in order
- the heart, the simplest, to get the gesture;
- the tulip, which stacks several hearts;
- the rosetta, the hardest, with its swinging motion.
“Nobody gets their rosetta right the first time. The most important thing is to pour slowly, then dare.” — Léa
And afterwards?
Everyone leaves with a settings sheet for their own machine. Places are limited to six: book your slot.
