From bean to cup: coffee, roasted
We source specialty coffees from smallholders and roast them every Tuesday in our roastery in Old Lyon. Delivered to your door in 48 hours, or to discover at our workshops.

This week’s selection
Our coffees, roasted this week
Every bag shows its roast date. Choose whole beans or ground for your method: filter, espresso or French press.
Our method
From green bean to your cup
Four steps, and none is left to chance.

01 · Sourcing
We taste before we buy
Every lot is cupped blind. We only buy coffees scoring over 84 out of 100, directly from farmers we know.

02 · Roasting
Small batches, every Tuesday
Our 15 kg roaster allows short, precise roasts. Each origin has its own profile, fine-tuned to the degree.

03 · Cupping
Every batch is tasted
On Wednesday mornings the team cups every roast before bagging. A batch we do not like does not ship.

04 · Shipping
At your door in 48 hours
Compostable bags, degassing valve, roast date: your coffee arrives at its freshest.

Roasting
Slide to watch the magic happen
A green coffee bean has almost no aroma. In fourteen minutes at 210 °C, it develops more than 800 aromatic compounds: that is the roaster’s craft.
- Green coffee: dense, grassy, no fragrance
- Roasted coffee: caramel, fruit, chocolate
- 48 hours of rest before shipping, for degassing

Ordered Monday evening, delivered Wednesday. Coffee roasted the day before. Unbeatable.
The latte art class is brilliant: you leave with a real heart in your cup (well, a slightly wonky one).
The grinder engraved with my wife’s name was a hit at Christmas. Lovely packaging, handwritten card.
We slept in the room under the roof: the smell of coffee when you wake up, the view of Fourvière… we will be back.
