A neighbourhood roastery since 2012
A former print shop in Old Lyon, a 15 kg roaster and one obsession: serving the coffee we would love to drink.

We roast little, often, and only what we love to drink.
No catalogue of fifty coffees: a handful of chosen origins, followed from one harvest to the next, and roasted to bring out their best.
The roastery
In the heart of Old Lyon
It all began in 30 m² on rue des Torréfacteurs, with a small 5 kg roaster and a four-stool counter. The neighbours came for the smell; they stayed for the coffee.
Today the roastery fills the old print shop next door: a glass-walled roasting room, a shop, a workshop room and, under the roof, a guest room for coffee lovers.
